Accessibility

Last updated: August 9, 2026

We want Plotline to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, and we welcome your feedback.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as a practical target for the design and development of Plotline. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

What we do

Ongoing effort

Plotline is under active development, and some areas may not yet fully meet our target. We test and improve accessibility as part of our regular work, and we treat accessibility issues as bugs to be fixed.

Third-party content

Some content and functionality — such as maps, address lookup, and embedded records from third-party sources — is provided by outside services whose accessibility we do not fully control. Where a third-party element creates a barrier, contact us and we will work to provide the information another way.

Need help, or found a barrier?

If you have trouble using any part of Plotline, or you want information in a different format, please tell us — we will do our best to help and to fix the problem. Reach us via our Contact page or at . Please include the page and a description of the issue so we can respond quickly.
